1 – Blood test
This test has to be done early morning, after overnight fasting (no food at all after 8 PM). For the consultation, please bring with you :
a) the results of this test, or send me before a scanned copy (all pages on 1 file),
b) the exact list of your remedies :
- allopathic ones (anti-diabetes, pain killers, sleeping pills...)
- food supplements (vitamins, trace elements, energy drinks ... ).
2 – Body composition
This test will be done during the consultation.
In 10 seconds, we can :
- analyse the different parts of the body : bones, fat, muscles & water.
- validate the efficiency of our treatment (changes in measurements).
- check how effective a new diet is (reduction of fat with good water level ...)
- evaluate intra-cellular & extra-cellular water !
- keep their history for the next appointment.
3 – Nutrition quiz
It consists in 81 questions related to your daily way of life:
- What do you eat & drink ? how many times per day ?
- Do you eat organic food or mainly processed ones ?
- How do you cook ? Which oil do you use ?
- How do you sleep ? Any snoring or apnea ?
- Do you exercise ? Do you walk ?
- How is your mood ? Do you feel stressed ?
4 – Sleep test
It is done at home, for people who have sleep problems.
It is the case for most of the obese persons (snoring & apnea).
During one night, this device is registering respiratory effort, pulse, oxygen saturation, nasal flow & snoring. All these data are analysed the next day.
All these results are combined, thanks to an algorithm, in a computer, in order to define your Metabolic Type (IoMET®).
So far, Nutergia has classified 7 metabolic profiles and has defined :
